ooooh...

I've been trying to play with light like that too. Not as nice as yours though!

Lovely stuff.
I have size 9's and they tend to get stuck where they are not wanted.

Denise, as I keep saying, these are fantastic. Your portraiture is stunning, and the freeform stuff, like in Blaze, is amazing. I can almost see you there, getting stuck in with your fingers in the oils. Please please please put some prices up and do an exhibition! I really do love your work.

They look brilliant. I particularly love the black and white abstract shapes ... what medium are they? And how big are they? Like Cloud says - you should do an online exhibition!!

AWW cloud! thankyou ....
I will look into it , I am currently looking at freewebs ..an online free web site maker (free is the best price )
Emu , the black and white images are done freehand with liner pen 0,3 .. a fibre tip pen but thin.... they vary in size from A6/A3 SIZE
they are the ones that take the most hours
feel like starting one actually ...havnt elt like drawing for a while now )
aaah the portrait ones are actually modified photgraphs
I print off the photo and then have fun colouring in
example:

I print this picture off... its my daughter Emma
(Georgeous! but I would say that wouldnt I ?)
and then go to work :

I was pleased with the John picture , good colour choices I think!( its of my friend , he was impressed !)

They're amazing - especially the black and white ones and the portraits.

Cloud's right, you should do prices. And people (me included) would pay for portraits like that done from their own photos too
Grand Multipara? Is that a new computer game?

bunny I was charging around £20 for a portrait, , what I need is a photo similar to the one of my daughter , face on , crisp as possible ,I print it off and then go to work...
colouring and everything depends on what I see in the face ...
my dad said I should go into buisness this way ....

Sorry, Denise, I hadn't read your other threads before commenting on this one (silly me, been away too long) so I didn't realise how far along you were with the selling side.

£20 sounds fair for the work involved. Your dad sounds very sensible
